Award: Four Awards of HKD25,000 each will be granted in each academic year

Eligibility: For continuing local undergraduate students who will be on campus throughout the given academic year

Requirement: Participation in the yearlong Public Service Leadership Program of a minimum of 240 hours in the given academic year (including but not limited to training, initiating a local service project, and serving as an intern in NGO)

The Li Ka Shing Students’ Holistic Development Scheme is available to encourage students to engage in co-curricular programs endorsed by the Dean of Students' Office. The Scheme provides an allowance of HK$2,500 - $10,000 to motivated students participating in the endorsed co-curricular programs, focused on personal growth, leadership development, and service learning.

Application for the Scheme is open to all students participating in the endorsed programs and those with financial need will be given additional consideration.

Application deadline: The same date of the respective co-curricular program you intend to join or stipulated by the co-curricular program you have joined.

Students participating in service learning trips can learn about a place, its culture and its people through hands-on community-based service projects. Connect Overseas Learning Experience Sponsorship Scheme aims to support students to participate in learning trips organized / co-ordinated by HKUST Connect.
